Click the "Add" button

From the Add menu, click "Mail" (see
Figure 2, below)

In the text box labeled Display Name, type your name
and click "Next"

In the Email Address box, type your Snet Mail address (ex.
jsmith@hunter.cuny.edu) and click "Next"

Under "My incoming mail server is a..." select
"POP3"

Type "snetmail-01.studentnet.hunter.cuny.edu" in the Incoming
Mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) Server box (see Figure 3, below)

Type "
snetmail-01.studentnet.hunter.cuny.edu
" in the Outgoing
Mail (SMTP) Server box (see Figure 3, below)

Click "Next"

In the Account Name box, type your Snet Username (ex.
jsmith)

In the Password Box, type in your password (note: for
security reasons you may want to uncheck the "remember
password" checkbox)

Do not check the boxes labeled "Log on using
Secure..."

Click "Next"
14.
Click "Finish"
